About Bernie
Bernie is an Aussie Catholic mum of 2 girlies under 2, living in Florida. Raised in a traditional Catholic family of 9, I am super passionate about supporting mamas of growing families. I have worked with children for over 8 years from selling baby shoes, to au-pairing, nannying, becoming a qualified sleep consultant, and now a mother - the best "job" of all!
Snuggle & Sleep is driven by a love for the science of sleep crossed with the desire to help mamas function on a daily basis. We are very mindful of strengthening the bond between a mother and her child by supporting the baby through independent sleep and giving the mother regained energy so that their love for each other can be nourished and flourish.
Bernie is qualified with Baby Sleep Consultant NZ, an international training provider. Bernie supports gentle parents and routine-oriented parents with all parenting styles and philosophies. The mother is the heart of her family and Snuggle & Sleep will ensure that everyone starts sleeping through the night so that you can restore sanity and unity in your home.
Meet Angela
Angela Ellsworth is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and mama of 3 littles. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and supports families with whatever sleep issues they might have - whether it's naps, a difficult bedtime, or overnight wake-ups. Angela believes that sleep is a key element in helping the entire family thrive, and works with children from 4 months to 4 years old. In her spare time she loves travel, yoga, hiking, and going on adventures with her kids.
Angela works one-on-one with all Snuggle & Sleep clients ensuring babies and toddlers receive personalized sleep care so their parents can regain their energy.
